The Bosch dishwasher is quiet. However, I am older and find that it has difficult instructions. It took reading the manual carefully to start. The manual did not come with the dishwasher so I had to download it from my computer. I like to manually start the dishwasher and do not want to put it on an app on my phone which the manual keeps suggesting I do. It has quite a bit of moisture inside the machine after the wash and rinse cycle are complete which is annoying. I manually wipe some of the inside of the machine. It washes well and the dishes seem to be very clean so that pleases me.

I'm extremely happy with my new dishwasher. It is reliable and simple to operate. As empty nesters we usually don't need to run a cycle everday. I rinse my dishes and only run every few days so I really appreciate the quick cycle option. Everything comes out clean and spot free.

Installed the dishwasher myself. It wasn't very straightforward as far as the install instructions. The quick start pointed towards the Home Connect App instead of the install. Everything looks great. I think a really solid appliance. Just confusing install instructions.

My wife and I purchased this dishwasher on Bosch's reputation alone and it really has not worked out well.
The first 9 months of ownership were wonderful but it has been down hill sense. It started with a bad pump, it was replaced. Ever cycle after the repair the machine faults, tech comes back and finds bad wiring, ever cycle after the machine faults, tech comes back, talks to tech support and is told to order a different pump in the machine. Pump is ordered, tech comes back and changes said pump and every cycle has faulted sense. So on and so on.. the sixth visit to my house the technician calls tech support which was very rude to my tech and was told to make a seventh trip to my house and change a whole list of parts... THIS IS ENOUGH!! Seven visits to my house and four repairs. I told the tech that I can not take any more time off from work to make these repair calls. At this point I could have bought four dishwashers with the money I have lost. My wife called customer support , that by the way was very rude to her to tell them we had enough and want a new machine but it seems they are not interested in that and will continue with the repair game until it runs out of warranty...My next step is the BBB. .. if you are one of the fortunate one to get a machine with no problems great. But if you have to deal with customer support or get any repairs you should just roll the machine to the curb and call it a loss... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

There is a lot to like with this Bosch. Very quiet when it runs, lots of different ways to stack dishes, holds quite a bit. There a couple of things that I have noticed. For example, when you fill the rinse holder, the liquid runs out of the bottom. Not sure what to do with that. The other thing is where to put the silverware holder. It will fit a couple of different ways but I have noticed that after the wash and dry, the underneath part of the plastic handle is wet. And when you take out the silverware holder, it tends to drip water on some of the clean and dry dishes. Not horrible, but a puzzler.

Chosen for price and Bosch reputation. Not as many features and slightly noisier than previous dishwasher but okay. Have run it every other day for a month. I miss the 3rd rack for utensils but like having room for taller items on the top rack. Noticed some cleaning issues that might be due to 2 plastic items discovered a few days ago that must have been overlooked by the installer? They were dislodged when removing the filter. Photos attached.

Unit is quiet, washes well but the grid on the flatware basket is frustrating. My flatware is not ornate or large but each piece has to go in at a certain angle. Makes an easy step take extra time. Some of the slots are so narrow they aren't usable. I would like posts in the bottom rack to be wider apart so a skillet would easily sit

Works great. Easy to see and understand directions and easy to use. I gave it a four because the interior doesn't have a flat upper drawer that I had become accustumed to in my old machine, but I just make do. It is also very quiet.

This has been one of the best dishwashers I've had. I do wish I could reposition some of the tines in the bottom section to better fit my own dishes, but it's pretty easy to load and is very efficient. The app is pretty straightforward too, a good option to have with this device.

We had a Bosch dishwasher in a prior house for over 20 years. It was an amazing dishwasher and we loved it. When we moved and needed a new dishwasher we didn't hesitate and ordered a Bosch. What we got was not at all what we were expecting. It is not designed well and is extremely difficult to load and doesn't fit as much as I would expect. The silverware holder Is also not designed well. It is also very loud which, again, we weren't expecting. Overall we are very disappointed.

So I purchased one, and have not been disappointed. I even got techie with it and am able to control my dishwasher with my phone, whoo hoo! The dishwasher, besides all the other wonderful features with it such as a quiet run time, economical options, stainless interior, and great job cleaning, has plenty of room inside for our family. Bosch is THE name for dishwashers. We have had them in the past, and will continue to do so.

The initial startup for wash selections is awkward at best . The selection buttons are not the easiest to select for the wash cycles.
Also the " clean" cycle after washing is completed really needs to be revamped. The clean light comes on after cycle is done but goes off in a very brief time. This light should be more visual and stay on till reset.
The unit does does do a good job of cleaning but is more noisey than expected especially for a Bosch unit. Sound dampening should be improved.
I would not purchase this series again. Disappointed

The Bosch dishwasher is quiet and cleans the dishes. However, there is always condensation on the inside of the door after every wash even after using rinse aid and using the Sanitize and Extra Dry settings. Dishes are dry though.

The old dishwasher was nothing compared to this new one. It could be me, but it seems like the new Bosch gets the dishes cleaner that the old one. I am so very happy with my choice and would recommend this one to everyone in the market to get a dishwasher. Even the inside is set up different than my old one and the Bosch is sooo much better. Love our new bosch 100 series! I didnt want a low end dishwasher, but I couldn't afford 1k+! This bosch 100 series not only meets all the requirements of what i was looking for, but it also had an added plus of the application on my phone! I love the look, the cycles and run times are great compared to others, and our dishes are actually clean with no weird smell!

Hello 👋🏼, I'm a 66 year young lady 💃🏼 and I pray 🙏 to have many more happy 😂 years to go, God willing 🙏😇. I have had many of dishwashers over my years of living and I have to say this Bosch 100 Series dishwasher is by far the best 🏅. It even out beats the other Bosch dishwashers I have had. When this one states to put the dishes in without rinsing, it's true😉. They come out perfect and I only run it once a week and that means they might sit in there for a few days before running it. So after eating each night, if there is food on the plates, I will just scrape them off, but if not, I just put them in, even with dripping gravy or sauce and when it's full or at the end of the week I will run it and OMG 😳 they are all super clean 😉. I use the recommended detergent, which for mine is "Finish" and it gets everything clean and dry. Very impressive 🧐. I tell everyone, because I'm impressed that much and it takes a lot for me to do that 🙃. I even trust it for my HexClad 😳 and that shocked me. Didn't bother the non stick on them 😄 which makes me a very happy person 🥰
P.S. I know these pictures look gross, but that's just how I put them in and they come out sparkling clean 🤩

I am extremely disappointed with Bosch customer service and their warranty repair process.
I purchased my Bosch dishwasher (Model SHE41CM5N) in July 2025, and it completely stopped working on January 28, 2026. The unit has had no power at all since that date. Considering the appliance is only months old and clearly under warranty, the handling of this repair has been very frustrating.
Bosch scheduled multiple service visits, but during the process the technician ordered the wrong replacement part, which caused unnecessary delays. After this mistake, Bosch transferred the repair responsibility to a third-party service provider, Mr. Appliance.
I spoke directly with a Bosch supervisor named Maria who assured me she would personally take care of the situation. She later called back and stated that Mr. Appliance had received all required parts and would contact me to schedule the repair appointment.
However, when I contacted Mr. Appliance myself a few days later, they informed me that they had not received any parts from Bosch at all. This clearly shows a serious breakdown in communication between Bosch and their authorized service partner.
As a result, my dishwasher has been non-functional for over a month, despite repeated calls and promises from Bosch. For a company that markets itself as a premium appliance brand, this level of service is extremely disappointing.
Consumers should not be left without a working appliance due to poor coordination between a manufacturer and their contractors. I expect Bosch to resolve this matter promptly by completing the repair with the correct parts or replacing the unit.

This the very first dishwasher that I really love and I'm over 80 years old. This is truly the first time I did not have to rinse and waste a lot of water. For some reason it doesn't dry the plastics really well but everything else is dried thoroughly.

I recently purchased a Bosch to replace a different brand dishwasher that was unfixable. I wanted one that was great quality and had the features I was looking for. It has a stainless steel interior and runs super quiet. The door is stainless and most imortantly, it does not show fingerprints or water marks. Bosch appliances have always had a solid reputation and I hope to enjoy this for many years to come.

Cleans fantastically but the silverware tray is half the length of the machine and does not provide me with enough space. On the 100 model did not do enough research to realize that there is no third tray. Not in a position to buy a higher and model I am very satisfied with the performance of the machine I purchased.

We dedcided to go to a real appliance store and are glad we did. The sales rep there was extremely knowledgeable and helped us make our final decision. This dishwasher is amazing! We have an open floor plan and you could hear our old dishwasher all over the house. This Bosch is SO much better! It is very quiet, fast, efficient, and can be controlled through their app on your phone. The dishes always come out clean no matter how dirty I put them in (I tested it!). It's an amazing machine to have in our home.

We purposely chose the Bosch 700 series without the third rack. It cleans and dries the dishes well. Not as quiet as I would have thought compared to our 20 yr old GE which it replaced. Although it fits the same space in our counter, it does not hold as many dishes. We need to run it twice as often. The racks are terrible. The top rack holds hardly anything other than coffee cups. The bottom rack holds only plates. Forget trying to put a casserole dish down there because the spokes are too close together. The utensil holder is too small as well. We ordered it through Costco. The delivery and installation was flawless, however we did not receive an owners manual.

What's the point of having a "Clean" light on the dishwasher, if the dishwasher just turns itself off and forgets if the dishes are clean or not? Not setting or nothing in the book about turning off the auto-shutoff feature. Absolutely hate appliances that want to connect to my home network. Looking at replacing this trash with something "dumber" (smarter).

Unless you're already an expert at "smart" (MISNOMER) dishwashers forget about Bosch. The instructions are horrible, incomplete, contradictory & utterly worthless. If you like wasting time repeating actions & having to set the thing up everytime then have at it. I've wasted too much of my life on this stupid "smart" machine.

I have been disappointed that the light on the dishwasher telling me it is done does not remain on until the door is opened for me to remove the clean dishes. I might start the cleaning process and then my husband doesn't know that and then he is not aware that the dishwasher is done washing the dishes.
