Deli Locker "Freezer"

The fridge is ok. After a couple of weeks of use, I have noticed that the deli locker drawer is freezing the things stored in it (deli meat, partial segment of an onion, bags of carrots, and snow peas), as well as the a few things located on the bottom of the right hand side crisper drawer (to side of a head of cabbage in contact with the bottom of the drawer, celery, and spring onions). This is while the temperature setting for the deli locker drawer was set at its warmest setting.One design flaw I've noticed is that the right hand crisper drawer may not be opened fully, while the left hand refrigerator door is closed (not enough width clearance).Didn't expect much for this fridge after reading reviews but especially disheartening to loose expensive organic produce when the fridge is new.

We have had the fridge for about a week now. There are several things I really like about it. There is a light that comes on when you press to fill your cup with ice or water. Our last fridge did not have this. I love, love, love the double ice maker and the cute little ice cubes! The produce/storage doors are huge and can hold a lot more stuff than our old fridge. I also love the extra roomy door shelves! I do notice the humming motor that others have mentioned. It™€™s slightly annoying, but, doesn™€™t outweigh the other great features. All in all we are very pleased so far!

After constant defrost issues with my old Samsung, this has been a refreshing upgrade™€"quiet, reliable, and keeps everything perfectly cold. My only suggestions: offer a true stainless steel finish (not just smudge-proof), use laser engraving like on my microwave and oven instead of a stick-on nameplate, and create the same design in a mega-capacity 30+ cu. ft. model. Overall, very satisfied!

Where do I start? 3 service visits in 6 months. Frigidaire refused to honor its warranty. HORRIBLE Frigidaire foreign customer service. Lowe's upper management had to intervene to fix our unit. Freezer seal defective from day 1. Replaced. Freezer seal still not working. Replaced door rails. Still not sealing properly. The water filter system was defective from the factory. Housing/manifold had to be replaced. At the factory, the water filter (which was also determined to be faulty) was forced into the filtration housing on the production line. Frigidaire tried to get out of covering this manufacturing defect by quoting page 48, section 10 of their warranty. Um....NO! Again, Lowe's upper management ran interference to get it resolved, since these are true production-line defects. As for the performance. It's extremely loud, unreliable, and freezes food in the refrigerator section, plus food in the freezer is soft, all due to the unit's inability to regulate temperature, no matter what settings or repairs we make. We can't use 1/3 of the refrigerator space in the back, or the sensors/vents will be blocked, and air won't circulate properly. The ice maker randomly shoots out ice 24/7, and we don't even use it that often. Bottom line... the model is awful, but worse is Frigidaire's unethical move to not support a clearly defective unit.
